摘　　要：介绍了国内外有色行业Internet资源利用情况 ,分析了网络对有色企业的影响、有色行业信息化建设的现状及存在问题以及信息化建设的步骤。指出电子商务是面向企业的互联网高级功能 ,是未来互联网站的主导方向之一。有色行业要最终实现数字冶金 ,即生产数字化、经营数字化、管理数字化 ,以应对信息化、WTO的挑战。The using circumstance of Internet resource in the industry of non-ferrous inside and outside is introduced. Impact of the internet to enterprise is analyzed & status and problems during the process of informationization constructing are described. The steps of informationizatoin constructing are discussed, point out E-business is senior function of the internet, E-business is one of the leading directions of the future internet. In the face of informationizaton & WTO, non-ferrous industry must realize metallurgy digitalization, namely producing digitalization, operation digitalization, managing digitalization.
