摘　　要：结合现代各国对监护法的改革 ,探讨现代监护法发展趋势 ;并对我国监护制度改革中的热点问题进行比较研究 。The author approaches the trend of modern guardianship law in the light of the reform of other countries' guardianship law. After the research of the popular topics of the guardianship law reform in our country, the author provides the constructive suggestions to the reform.
