江苏省区域经济发展战略的重构

摘　　要：建国以来,江苏省在区域经济发展方面,先后实施了均衡发展、非均衡发展、区域共同发展、促进苏北大发展、沿江开发等五个战略。现在,江苏省已具备实施“区域经济一体化战略”的条件,可以通过深化经济体制改革和扩大对外开放,“启动内力”与“借助外力”并举,推进省域经济的联动和产业发展的互动,构筑生产要素集聚的载体和平台,逐步形成“产业布局一体化、企业配置一体化、要素市场一体化、基础设施一体化、环境保护一体化、经济运行机制一体化、社会信息一体化、城乡建设一体化、指标考核一体化”的省域经济空间格局。Development strategy of regional economy - equilibrium development, unbalanced development strategy, the coordinated development of regions, great development of North Jiangsu, development along the Yangtze River - have been put in practice in Jiangsu province since 1949. Now integration strategy of region economy should be carry into execution.its basic approach is to deepen reforms of Economic institution and widen the open policy, to 'start-up internal force' and 'outside force' , to push linkage of economy and industrial development in province areas, to build conglomeration carrier of production factors. As a result economic space pattern will progressively come into being in Jiangsu province, that is, industrial distribution integration; enterprise configuration integration; factor market integration; infrastructure integration; environmental protection integration; economic running mechanism integration; social information integration; urban construction integration; index assessment integration.
