摘　　要：本文给出了ERP较为精确的定义,透视了ERP在国内的发展现状,在大量的实际调查和现有案例的基础上.总结出了企业成功实施ERP需处理好的关系:(1)投入与产出的关系;(2)国际化与本地化的关系;(3)传统与现代的关系;(4)技术与实施的关系;(5)专业化与片面化的关系。旨在为企业实施ERP提供建设性的帮助。In this paper we get the relatively exact definition of ERP,see through the actual development state of ERP in China, and on the base of a great quantity of practical investigations and cases in existence, we come to the conclusion that if an enterprise want to implement ERP successfully one should thoughtfully deal with five relations: between investment and return、between internationalization and localization, between tradition and modern, between technology and implementation and specialization and unilateralism.
