摘　　要：目的 :　探讨多发性肌炎 (PM) 皮肌炎 (DM)的外周血单一核细胞 (PBMC)活化和凋亡的状态。方法 :　采用免疫细胞化学方法对PM DM患者的PBMC上凋亡相关分子Fas、FasL和bcl- 2等的表达进行了检测。结果 :　PM DM患者PBMC上Fas、FasL和bcl- 2分子的表达显著高于正常对照组。结论 :　PM DM患者的PBMC存在异常活化和凋亡 ,与PMObjective: To investigate the status of activation and apoptosis of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) in patients with polymyositis (PM) and dermatomyositis (DM). Methods: The expression of Fas, FasL and bcl-2 associated with apoptosis molecules on PBMC was measured with immunocytochemical method in patients with PM and DM. Results: The expression of Fas,FasL and bcl-2 on PBMC in patients with PM and DM was significantly higher than that in normal controls. Conclusion:There are abnormal activation and apoptosis of PBMC in patients with PM and DM, which is associated with immunopathogenic process.
