摘  要:目的 : 研究氟康唑和特比萘芬对新生隐球菌及念珠菌体外联合药敏试验中的相互作用 ,为临床用药提供实验室依据。方法 : 参照美国国家临床试验室标准化委员会 (NCCLS)提出的标准 (M2 7-A方案 ) ,采用棋盘微量稀释法对 18株新生隐球菌和 10株念珠菌进行了氟康唑和特比萘芬的体外联合药敏试验。结果 : 联合用药时各药物的MIC几何均值比单用有显著降低 ,具有统计学差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;联合抑菌指数 (FICI)的平均值为 0 .6 2 9。氟康唑和特比萘芬的协同相加作用较为明显 ,未发现有拮抗作用。结论Objective: To study the interaction between fluconazole and terbinafine to Ccryptococcus neoformans and Candida in vitro. Methods: The checkerboard microdilution method was applied in vitro to study the interaction of 28 strains of yeasts to a combination of fluconazole and terbinafine according to M27-A method of National Committee for Clinical Laboratory standards (NCCLS). Results: Compared with the single agent,there was significant reduction in the geometric mean of the MIC of the combination(P<0.05).The average value of FICIs was 0.629. The synergetic interaction was obvious without antagonism. Conclusion: There is a synergetic action against pathogenic yeasts in a combination of fluconazole and terbinafine.
