速眠新复合麻醉对动物应用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :对比研究速眠新与不同麻醉剂配伍的应用效果。方法 :根据不同麻醉方法 ,将杂种犬 6 0只 ,随机分为 5组 (A、B、C、D、E) ,每组 12只 ,其中一组为对照组。分 3次 (麻醉后 2 0min、 2h及手术结束后 )监测术中犬的SpO2 、R和P的情况。结果 :5组中麻醉诱导时间最短的是E组 ,平均 8分钟 ,最长的为D组和A组 ,均为 2 0分钟 ,B和C组介于两组之间为 15分钟。而麻醉维持时间最长的E组为 5h ,其次C组为 2h ,其他三组均为 1 5h。苏醒时间最长为E组 (5 5h) ,其次C组 (2 5h)其他三组均为 1 2h。SpO2 监测在第一次测试中C组 99 33%,高于其他组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,手术中和手术后C组仍比其他组高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,呼吸E组 17 5次/min ,高于其他组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :给予犬实施麻醉方法很多 ,但速眠新复合麻醉经观察效果确切 ,只要严格按体重应用 ,犬在整个实验过程中各项指标较平稳。Objective:The anethestic is su mian xin with other drugs for dog of effective to do experiment.Methods:The diffence of anesthesia means had divided five groups to act according.Each groups dogs 12,among one group is contrast of groups.To dividing three SpO 2、R、P and relaxation or muscle (1:after anesthesia 20 minutes,2:After anesthesia 2h,3:the operative finish).Results:The aneshesia induction time had been shorter than is E groups on the average 8 minutes in 5 groups.The D group and A group had time more long,average times 20 minutes,B group and C group was 15 minutes.The maintaince of anesthesia time had been 5h more long for E group had highly (P<0.05) in operation and postoperation.The respiration had taken 17.5 times.It was more highly other groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The anesthesia method had given satisfaction in dogs.But the Su Mian Xin have effectuated which must being strict according body weight.The garget of dog is stability in experiment.
