益气活血法为主治疗SARS恢复期15例疗效分析

摘　　要：[目的]观察益气活血法为主治疗SARS恢复期的临床效果。[方法]选择来源于天津市传染病医院、天津市海河医院的出院患者 ,共15例。依据中医理论辨证分型治疗 :气虚血瘀型治宜益气活血法 ,气虚血瘀兼肾虚型治宜益气活血、滋补肝肾法 ,气虚血瘀兼风痰阻络型治以益气活血、祛风通络法 ,气虚血瘀兼肝郁型治以益气活血、疏肝理气法。[结果]全部病例治疗后临床症状、肺功能及胸片均明显改善。To observe the clinical effect of supplementing qi and promoting blood circulation in SARS patients in convalescent period.Fifteen SARS patients hospitalized in Tianjin Infectious Hospital and discharged from Tianjin Haihe hospital were selected.Based on therapy with syndrome differentiation in TCM.The therapeatic method includes: 1)supplementing qi and promoting blood circulation in patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis; 2)supplementing qi and promoting blood circulation,nourishing liver and kidney in qi deficiency and blood stasis associated with kidney deficiency; 3)supplementing qi and promoting blood circulation, eliminating wind and activating collaterals in qi deficiency and blood stasis added with phlegm blocking collaterals; 4)supplementing qi and promoting blood circulation,dispersing stagnated hepatopi in qi deficiency and blood stasis associated with hepatic stagration.After treatment ,the clinical symptom,the function of lung and the X-rays of chest are all improved evidently.[Conclusion]There is a good therapeutic effect of supplementing qi and promoting blood circulation on SARS patients at recovery stage.
