救心胶囊对损伤内皮细胞黏附因子表达的影响

摘　　要：[目的]观察救心胶囊通过抑制损伤内皮细胞黏附因子的表达 ,保护内皮细胞功能。[方法]通过建立缺氧及低密度脂蛋白(LDL)损伤内皮细胞模型 ,并以两种不同的给药方式 :无菌中药提取液和载药血清 ,运用免疫细胞化学的方法检测黏附分子的表达。[结果]内皮细胞损伤后黏附分子表达明显增加 ,救心胶囊显著降低其表达。[结论]救心胶囊保护内皮细胞 ,使其免受炎症介质损伤 ,从而延缓冠心病(CHD)s: To observe the protective function of Jiuxin capsule on endothelial cell by inhibiting the expression of adhesion molecule in injured endothelial cell. Injured endothelial cell model was established by hypoxia and giving low density lipoprotein(LDL). The effect of two kinds of different solutions:sterilized extract fluids of Chinese herbs and drug-carried serum were administered. The expression of adhesion molecule was determined by immunocytochemistry. Obviously increased expression of adhesion molecule was observed after injury of endothelial cell,Jiuxin capsule decreased its expression significantly.[Conclusion] Jiuxin capsule has a good protective action against endothelial cell injury.It can produce a delay in occurrence and development of coronary heart diseases by preventing endothelial cell injury induced by inflammatory mediators.
