根据“时间治疗学”理论对高血压用药实施护理干预

摘　　要：目的以“时间治疗学”理论为依托 ,通过护理手段 ,对高血压病用药实施干预 ,有效控制血压 ,从而降低心脑血管病的发病率。方法仔细阅读每种降压药物的药品说明书 ,掌握各种降压药物的最大效应时间、副作用、给药方法等。通过健康教育使病人了解高血压病的危害及长期、持续服药的重要性 ,提高病人的服药依从性。对高血压病人进行血压监测 ,教会病人及家属自测血压的方法。结果 5 6例高血压病人住院期间血压均能得到有效控制 ,服药依从性有不同程度的提高 ,家庭自测血压得到普及。结论“时间治疗学”理论对高血压患者用药具有指导作用 ,对有效控制血压。Objective interfering on drug administration of hypertensive disease by nursing means according to the theory of time therapeutics, to control blood pressure effectively and decrease the morbidity of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Method Study instructions for use of hypotensors carefully; applying the effect time; Know adverse drug reactions; understand dosage and administration and so on. Teaching the patients that hypertension would be harmful to their life and health. And the importance of keeping their blood pressure well controlled by taking hypotensors long-term with the medical therapy recommended. Periodic monitor the blood pressure is advisable by their doctors or by themselves. Conclusion 56 patients blood pressure were well controlled during they were in hospital; The obedience to taking drug was improved to some extent; monitoring blood pressure by patients themselves or by their family members was popularized.
