摘　　要：文章分析了下一代网络业务能力开放中的一些问题,提出了基于开放式应用编程接口(API)的新一代业务支撑环境的总体架构,重点阐述了业务生成环境、业务执行环境、业务管理环境及业务仿真环境,分析了这些功能实体的功能,并给出了在此架构上可提供的业务。Problems related to the openness of current NGN service system are analyzed and the architecture of new generation operational service supporting system based on open API is proposed. Emphases are put on the description of service creation environment, service execution environment, service management environment and service emulation environment. Functions of main system components and services based on the open architecture are analyzed.
