桃红四物汤对实验性骨折愈合过程中VEGFmRNA表达的影响

摘　　要：为了解研究桃红四物汤对骨折断端骨痂组织内VEGFmRNA表达的影响。将日本大耳白兔 39只随机分成 4组 ,其中 3组分别作左侧桡骨中段手术骨折造模后给予桃红四物汤、炎迪宁片、蒸馏水灌胃。另 1组为正常对照组 ,在骨折后 7、15、2 1、35天采用RT PCR方法检测骨痂组织内VEGFmRNA的表达及变化 ,并进行半定量对比分析。结果显示桃红四物汤干预后 ,各时相点骨痂中VEGFmRNA表达量均高于其他各组 ,并且 15天达峰值后下降不显著。表明桃红四物汤能提高骨折愈合各时期断端VEGFm RNA的表达水平 ,使骨折断端在愈合过程始终保持VEGFmRNA高表达状态 ,从而促进骨折愈合。In order to find out the effect of 'TAOHONG SIWU TANG' (TST,a TCD preparation) on the VEGFmRNA expression in the fragmental callus tissues,39 Japanese big-ear white rabbits were randomly divided into four groups; Group One,Group Two and Group Three were made into the models of left-middle-radial fracture by operation and treated by TST,Yandining tablets and distilled water,respectively and Group Four was used as the normal control; the VEGFmRNA expressions and changes in the callus tissues were detected with RT-PCR method 7,15,21 and 35 days after fracture,analyzed and compared with the semi-quantitative technique. The results showed that Group One had a higher VEGFmRNA expression at all phases than other groups and the VEGFmRNA expression descent of Group One was not significant after the expression peak on the 15th day,suggesting that TST functions to raise the VEGFmRNA expression level in the fragments at all phases,to keep the fragments in the high VEGFmRNA expression environment and to promote fracture healing.
