门奇断流术加肠腔人工血管分流术治疗门静脉高压症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察门奇断流术和肠腔人工血管分流术联合治疗门静脉高压症的效果。方法 :回顾性总结1999～2003年采用门奇断流术和肠腔人工血管分流术治疗25例门静脉高压症的经验。结果 :所有患者均为择期手术 ,无手术死亡。术后全部随访 ,1例发生肝性脑病因肝功能衰竭死亡。术前门静脉压力平均 (3.62±0.51)kPa,术后门静脉压力平均 (2.53±0.47)kPa。结论 :门奇断流术和肠腔人工血管分流术能有效降低门静脉的压力 ,同时保证灌注。Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effectiveness of portoazygous devasculaization combined with artificial vessel shunt for treatment of portal hypertension.Methods:The data of25cases suffered with portal hypertension treated with portoazygous devasculaization combined with artificial vessel shunt from1996to2003were summarized.Results:In25patients,there was no death in operation.In follow-up periods,there was no rebleeging.The mean portal pressure in pre-operation and post-operation was(3.62±0.51)kPa and(2.53±0.47)kPa respectively.Conclusion:Portoazygous devasculaization combined with artificial vessel shunt for treatment of portal hypertension not only decreases portal pressure but also preserves hepatic blood flowto some extent.
