摘　　要：本文描述了一种线路损耗管理系统的设计与实现技术,该系统的开发采用了分布式数据库,Web和CORBA等一系列相关技术。系统解决了线路损耗的管理,能够根据每个月各级单位汇报的各类线路数据迅速计算出各条线路的线损率,使得决策人员能够根据这些信息调节变压器,更新高线损率的线路。本文主要介绍了该系统的主要结构以及数据录入,报表,图形,Web等几个主要子系统的设计方法和实现技术。This paper describes the Design and Implementation of a Line Loss Management System. The main techniques applied on the system are Distributed Database,CORBA and Web. The system collects relevant data about lines submitted by all substations and calculates the line loss of every line. And then decision-makers can determine how to regulate transformers and update lines with high loss rate. The paper mainly describes the whole architecture of the system and the implementation techniques of data input sub-system,report sub-system,graph sub-system and Web sub-system-
