摘　　要：对齿轮加工过程中产生的切削力矩进行了研究,讨论了滚齿力矩的变化规律、滚削力矩与滚削用量之间的前系。为合理地选择滚削用量和滚刀的几何参烽、延长滚刀的使用寿命、预测滚齿加工过程等提供了参考依据。The hobbing moment in gear hobbing are researched.The changing character of hobbing moment in gear hobbing and the relation between cutting conditions and hobbing moment are discussed by means of experiments. All these have provided the reference standards for the equitably selecting cutting conditions and geometrical parameter of hob, prolonging the life of gear hobs, and predicting processes of gear hobbing.
