摘　　要：目的　探讨过期妊娠对母儿的影响。方法　对 1996年 1月至 2 0 0 2年 12月在我院分娩的产妇 6 4 80作一回顾性分析 ,将过期妊娠组手术产、孕产期并发症及围产儿病死率高于足月妊娠组。结论　应从 4 1孕周起加强产前监护 ,适时终止妊娠 ,以降低过期妊娠的发生率 ,改善母儿预防。Objective: To study the effects of postterm pregnany on the pregnany and infant. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the records of 6480 multiparas in postterm pregnancy from January in 1996 to December in 2002. Results: The rate of opstterm pregnancy group were higer than those in termed pregnancy group. Conclusions: In order to reduce the incidence of postterm pregnancy and improve the prognosis of the pregnacy and infant, antenatal monitor should be enhanced and pregnancy shoud be ended properly form 41 weeks' gestation.
