60例下肢水肿病人超声检查结果分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨超声检查对下肢肿胀的诊断价值。方法　回顾性分析 60例主诉为单侧或双侧下肢肿胀的病人的临床资料。临床证实所有下肢肿胀病例均由不同原因所引起 ,并对他们进行超声成像检查时 ,对病变部位进行横切和纵切 ,结合彩色多普勒和B -Flow同时嘱病人进行乏氏动作的配合。结果　对于各种原因所引起的 ,无论是单侧或双侧下肢肿胀 ,超声检查可以作出准确的诊断。结论　超声对于下肢肿胀的诊断和鉴别具有一定的使用价值。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of sonography in edema of lower extremities. Method 60 cases of edema in low extremities were retrospectively reviewed. There were 10 cases of thrombosis in deep vein of lower extremities, 5 cases of dysfunctional valve in deep vein, 20 cases of lymphangitis (including 6 cases ≤2 weeks, 6 weeks≤7cases≤12 weeks, 7 cases≥12 weeks), 2 cases of uraemia, 5 cases of hepatocirrhosis ascites, 10 cases of various kinds of heart dieases and 1 case inguinal tumor (LYN). All the patients were diagnosed by clinic and examined by sonography. Results Ultrasonography was capable to diagnose and distinguish almost all reasons of edema in lower extremities accurately. Conclusion Ultrasonography is useful for the diagnosis and differentiation of low extremity edema.
