摘　　要：“农村居民现金卫生支出的贫困影响案例研究”是“卫生领域公平性系列研究”的组成部分。运用公平性测量方法,对黑龙江省农村地区进行案例研究,测量不同贫困标准下现金卫生支出对农村居民贫困的影响,然后,以绝对贫困线为标准分析不同现金卫生支出成分和不同社会经济群体间影响的分布,并在此基础上进行深入讨论。Case study on poverty impact analysis of out of pocket health payment(OOP)on rural residents is a component of Equity Research in Health Areas.In this article,we apply quantitative research methods of equity on the rural residents of Heilongjiang province to measure the poverty impact of OOP according to different poverty standards,analyze the impact between different OOP component and social economic groups,and make some in depth discussion based on the research result.
