变应性鼻炎患者白细胞介素4、γ干扰素水平与IgE的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨白细胞介素4(IL-4)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)水平对变态反应性鼻炎IgE合成的调节作用。方法 采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定40例变应性鼻炎患者、20例慢性非变应性鼻炎患者和20例健康人的外周血单核细胞(PBMCs)经PHA诱导培养后上清液中IL-4、IFN-γ的水平及血清中的IgE水平,并对变 应性鼻炎患者的IgE分别与IL-4、IFN-γ作相关性研究。结果 PBMCs培养上清液中变应性鼻炎组的IL-4水平显著高于慢性鼻炎组和正常组(P均<0.01);而IFN-γ水平却显著低于后两组(P<0.01)。IgE水平与IL-4浓度呈正相关,而与IFN-γ浓度呈负相关,r分别为0.658和-0.554(P均<0.01)。结论 变应性鼻炎患者体内IgE升高与IL-4分泌过多,IFN-γ分泌受抑制有关。Objective To better understand the roles of IL-4 and IFN-γ in the synthesis of IgE in allergic rhinitis. Method The levels of IL-4 and IFN-γ in the supernatants of PHA stimulated peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) as well as IgE in the serum were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 40 patients of allergic rhinitis, 20 patient of chronic nonallergic rhinitis and 20 normal controls. Results (1) In allergic rhinitis group, the levels of IL-4, were significantly higher than those in chronic nonallergic rhinitis and normal groups (P<0. 01), but IFN-γ obviously lower than other groups. No difference was observed between the chronic nonallergic rhinitis and normal controls (P>0. 05); (2) IgE was showed a positive correlation with IL-4 while a negative correlation with IFN-γ (P<0. 01) .Conclusion For allergic rhinitis patients, IL-4 and IFN-γ were important regulative factors in IgE production.
