创伤膏的临床应用与实验研究

摘　　要：对创伤膏促进慢性感染伤口的治疗作用进行了临床观察和动物实验。结果临床组110例感染伤口平均愈合时间为43天;实验组术后7天脓液较对照组显著增多而且黄稠,肉芽组织质地均匀、色泽鲜艳、易出血,创面愈合时间平均提前4.8天,溶菌酶含量也明显高于对照组。表明创伤膏具有明显的祛腐生肌、愈口敛疮的效果,其主要作用机理是通过提高创面局部的免疫能力,增强抗炎作用,促进局部的血液循环,而加速伤口愈合的。The therapeuticeffects of chuangshang Gao(plaster for trauma)on chronic infected wound were studied through clinical observations and animal experiments. In clinical grouP, the healing time of 110 cases of infected wounds averaged 43 days. In experimental group, seven days after operation, the pus was remarkably increased and became yellow and thick, the granulation tissue had even quality, bright colour and easy bleeding, and the healing time of the wounds was moved up 4.8 days on an average in comparison with the control. The Lysozyme level in the test group was significantly higher than in the control. This indicates that the plaster functions to remove the necrotic tissue and promote the tissue regeneraion and the wound healing, the main action mechanism of the drug lies in improving the local immune function, strengthening the antiinflammatory effects, stimulating the local blood circulation and thereby speeding up the wound healing.
