护肾痛风泰颗粒治疗痛风肾临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察护肾痛风泰颗粒剂治疗痛风肾的疗效机理。方法 :5 6例痛风肾患者按抽签法分为护肾痛风泰颗粒剂治疗组和痛风定胶囊对照组。结果 :治疗组显效 1 7例 ,有效 1 4例 ,无效 4例 ,有效率达 88.5 7% ,与对照组 (有效率 6 6 .6 7% )比较 ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。两组均能降低血尿酸 (UA)、血肌肝 (Cr) (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但组间比较差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;在降低 2 4h尿蛋白定量 (2 4hPRO)、尿 β2 微球蛋白 (β2 -MG)方面治疗组前后比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而对照组前后比较差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :护肾痛风泰颗粒剂治疗痛风肾疗效较好 。Objective: To observe the therapeutic mechanism of Hushen Tongfengtai Granule in treating gouty nephropathy. Method: 56 patients of gouty nephropathy were divided by lots into Hushen Tonfengtai Granule group (treatment group) and Tongfengding Capsule group (control group). Result: In the treatment group, there were 17 cases of marked effect, 14 cases of some effect and 4 cases with no effect. The total effective rate was 88.57%, which was greatly significant ( P <0.05) compared with rate (66.67%) of the control group. The observation suggested both kinds of medicines could reduce UA and Cr levels ( P <0.05), but the difference showed no much significance ( P >0.05) in comparison of the two groups. The difference was evidently significant ( P <0.05) with regard to reducing 24 h PRO and β 2-MG in the treatment group before and after treatment, while those in the control group the difference showed no marked significance ( P >0.05). Conclusion: Hushen Tongfengtai Granule is worth a further study for its better efficacy in treating gouty nephropathy.
