痤疮及脂溢性皮炎的综合治疗

摘　　要：目的 介绍综合治疗面部痤疮及脂溢性皮炎的方法及疗效。方法 以硫酸锌溶液喷雾后清除脓液及脂栓,再以0.5%甲硝唑溶液行超声波导入,之后以痤疮霜加冷模粉倒模。结果 一个疗程治愈率达80%,总有效率93%。结论 综合治疗的方法治疗痤疮及脂溢性皮炎,较我们以往采用的治疗方法明显缩短了治愈时间,提高了治愈率,是一个较好的治疗方法。Objective To introduce the complex treatment of facial acne and the method of theoverflowing dermatitis of fat and curative effect.Method To dispel suppuration liquid and fat boltafter spraying with zinc sulfate solution,to go on to do ultrasonic wave channel with 0.5% metroniclazolesolution into and then,add with analeptic frost cold mould powder change mould later.As a.Result Onecourse of treatment cure rate up to 80%,always efficient 93%.Conclusion The complex treatment methodtreated the analeptic and fat and overflowing dermatitis,relative-ly before obviously shortened time ofcuring,it is a better treatment method to improve efficiency of curing.
