针药结合治疗抑郁症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的　观察电针结合SSRI类药物对抑郁症的疗效。方法　随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 36例 ,采用电针结合SSRI ;对照组 30例 ,单纯给予SSRI,分别观察 2组HAMD量表的变化及治疗 6周后的临床疗效。结果　 2组显效率无明显差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,HAMD量表总分及部分因子分有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　针药组见效快 ,对焦虑OBJECTIVE To observe the therapeutic effect of electric acupuncture and SSRI for depression. METHOD The patients were randomly divided into two groups. The 36 patients in the treatment group were treated with electric acupuncture and SSRI, and the 30 patients in the control group were treated only with SSRI. Changes in HAMD scale and the therapeutic effect six weeks after the treatment were observed. RESULT No significant differences were observed in marked effective rate between the two groups, but marked differences were found in HAMD scale and part of the molecules( P <0.05). CONCLUSION Speedy therapeutic effect was obtained in the treatment group with better result in relieving anxiety, somatization and insomnia.
