摘 要:目的 :探讨急性脑损伤亚低温治疗对凝血功能的影响 .方法 :观察大鼠脑损伤亚低温治疗后凝血酶原时间 (PT)、部分凝血活酶时间 (APTT)、凝血酶时间 (TT)和纤维蛋白原(FIB)的变化 .结果 :亚低温组在 6h内PT、APTT、TT较其他组延长 ,6h后快速复位 ;而脑损伤组PT、APTT及TT在 6h后呈现降低趋势 ,随后逐渐升高 .亚低温组FIB值于伤后 6h内呈下降趋势 ,6h后回升 .脑损伤组FIB值在 6h内呈升高趋势 ,6h后下降 .结论 :颅脑损伤早期可致机体的高凝状态 。AIM: To investigate the effect of mild hypothermic treatment on the coagulation function in acute cerebral injured rats. METHODS: Prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), thrombin time (TT) and fibrinogen (FIB) levels were studied in cerebral injured rats after treatment with mild hypothermia. RESULTS: PT, APTT, and TT in the mild hypothermia group were longer than in the other groups during the first 6 hours, and then returned to normal levels after 6 hours. In cerebral injured groups, PT, APTT, and TT decreased in the first 6 hours, then increased after 6 hours. FIB levels decreased in the first 6 hours, and increased 6 hours later in the mild hypothermia groups. In cerebral injured groups, FIB levels increased in the first 6 hours and decreased 6 hours later. CONCLUSION: Cerebral injury in the early stage could result in hypercoagulability, and mild hypothermia is an effective method to treat hypercoagulability after cerebral injury.
