烟草赤星病拮抗细菌的筛选及其控病作用

摘　　要：从烟草叶片上分离到236株非病原细菌,通过平板对峙培养,筛选出对不同致病力的烟草赤星病菌Alternaria alternata(Fr.)Keissl均有拮抗作用的菌株:Ata28、 Ata81、Ata124和 Ata160。室内测定其对赤星病菌抑菌带的宽度达6.1～10.5mm;室内离体叶片悬滴法测定,提前喷施拮抗菌其防治效果为53.9％～73.0％;接赤星病菌后喷施的防治效果为44.0％～60.0％;在温室中进行盆栽防病试验,防治效果为52.3％～75.8％。无菌滤液试验表明,拮抗菌Ata28无菌滤液在一定浓度范围内均能有效地抑制菌丝生长,减少孢子萌发,且浓度越高,抑制能力越强。236 isolates were obtained from tobacco leaf surfaces.It was found that 4 isolates(Ata28,Ata81,Ata124,Ata160) showed good antagonistic effects on 4 virulent strains of Al-ternaria alternata,the pathogen of tobacco brown spot,and the inhibition zone diameter ranged from 6.1 mm to 10.5 mm by pairing culture on PDA plate.Inoculation of the detached leaves of tobacco variety K326 with bacterial suspension resulted in control efficacy reaching from 53.9% to 73.0% by pre-spraying antagonistic bacteria,and from 44% to 60% by spraying antagonistic bacteria after pathogen inoculation.Results in a greenhouse experiment showed the effects of bacterial preparations from 4 biocontrol isolates on reduction the incidence of tobacco brown spot,the control efficacy reaching from 52.3% to 75.8%.Results showed that culture filtrate of Ata28 was effective for inhibiting mycelium growth and reducing spore germination of A.alternate.
