摘　　要：通过对PMMA光学塑料红、绿、蓝三种光减反射膜的设计和制备 ,研究了这种材料的真空镀膜技术 ,对制备的膜层进行了光谱、牢固性和防水性能的测试 ,并给出了其中一些实验结果。最后进行了简短的分析 ,对进一步提高薄膜质量提出了改进方法。The vacuum deposition technology of this material has been investigated by design and manufacture of antireflection coatings in the red、green、and blue light range for PMMA.Spectrum、adhesion and water resistance have been determined for the roduced coatings,some f the experimental results are also given.Finally,brief analysis has been carried out,the improving methods are proposed for further enhance of the quality of thin films.
