摘　　要：目的减少离退休病人的住院应激源 ,利于病人康复。方法在医院应激量表的基础上自制调查表 ,对 5 0例离退休病人进行调查 ,针对发生频率较高的应激源进行相应的护理干预 (帮助病人适应角色转变 ,加强与病人之间的信息沟通 ,开展以人为本的护理服务 )。结果第 2次调查 (干预后 )病人的应激源显著低于第 1次 (干预前 )。结论离退休病人住院期间存在较多应激源 ,采取相应的护理措施可缓解其应激程度。Objective To investigate the reduction of stress sources for retired patients and its effect on their recovery. Methods A survey questionnaire was made on the basis of “hospital form of stress” and was used to investigate 50 retired patients. Nursing interventions (e.g. helping patient to adapt to role’s changing, strengthening communication with the patient, and launching humanistic nursing care for the patient) were applied according to the higher occurring stress sources. Results The stress sources were significantly less in the second survey (after interventions) than those in the first survey (before interventions). Conclusion Retired patients have many stress sources, and associated nursing interventions may reduce the degree of their stress.
