摘　　要：农民收入问题是我国全面建设小康社会进程中的一个重点和难点。鉴于政策自身的特殊作用 ,应当全方位深化农村改革 ,选择可行的政策措施 ,加强政策的执行力度 。The issue of peasants' income is a key field for the construction of a comprehensive well-off society. It is essential to act according to the decision made on 3rd Session of CPC Central Committee, deepening the reform in rural areas and set the improvement of peasants' income the priority.
