大鼠小肠绒毛形态、5-HT含量及雌激素受体含量的增龄差异  

Age-related difference in morphologic changes of intestinal Villi, 5-HT contents and number of estrogen receptors in intestinal epithelium in rats

摘  要:用组织学定量方法,例定不同龄大鼠小肠绒毛高度、细胞数量、分裂细胞数以及杯状细胞含量;用免疫组化法测定上皮细胞中5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量;用受体荧光组化法测定肠道上皮雌激素与孕激素受体相对含量。结果证明少年与老年组大鼠之间上述指标均有明显差异。少年组小肠绒毛高度、细胞数量、分裂细胞数以及杯状细胞含量、上皮中5-HT含量等均明显高于老年组(p<0.01)。而少年组肠道上皮雌激素受体相对含量则低于老年组(青年组与成年组间部分指标差异不显著)。Quantitative histological methods were used to estimate the height ofintestinal villi, the number of cells, number of cells in mitosis and number ofgoblet cells; immunologic histoohemical methods were used to determine the con-tents of 5-HT in the intestinal epithelial cells: fluorescent histochemical methodswere used to determine the relative contents of estrogen and progestogen receptorsin the intestinal epithelium. The results showed that difference of the above men-tioned indices between the young and senile rats was statistically significant. Allof these indices, except the number of estrogen receptors which was lower butwithout significant difference, were higher in the young than in the senile group.
