摘 要:精确的PMSM数学模型对精确的力矩控制和 (或 )高效率的传动控制都是不可缺少的。本文提出了一种精确的PMSM模型 ,把电机的铜损耗、铁损耗、机械损耗和杂散损耗都考虑在内。在精确建模的基础上 ,提出了该模型下的最佳效率控制 ,并推导出最佳效率控制的控制公式。实验证明 。An accurate modeling of the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is necessary for precise torque control and/or high efficiency drive control. This paper presented an accurate mathematical model of PMSM taking account of all kinds of losses, that is, the copper loss, iron loss, mechanical loss and stray loss. Based on the model, the efficiency optimized control is presented, and the efficiency optimized control equations are derived. The validity of the proposed mathematical model and the efficiency optimized control are confirmed by the experiment.
