摘 要:提出了一种基于矢量旋转的快速任意截面医学图像重建方法。算法采用矢量方程描述成像截平面 ,通过两步计算 ,把成像截平面法矢量的方向数换算为相对于空间参照系三个坐标轴的旋转量 ,从而将定解问题转化为求不定解的一个特解。算法的优点是避免直接求解方程 ,直接计算截平面与三维图像场之间点坐标的转换关系。计算仅涉及成像截平面法矢量的方向数 ,计算量小 ,易于对人机交互的描述 ,便于接口软件开发。实验结果表明 ,算法速度快 。An algorithm for fast reconstruction of an arbitrary cross section of a medical image based on vector rotation is proposed in this paper.The algorithm describes the imaging plane with vector function.The direction parameters of the imaging plane can be transformed into rotation values relative to three coordinates of a space reference system in two steps,whereby the problem of definite solution was transformed to finding a special solution of an indefinite equation.The advantage of the algorithm is that direct solution of the equation can be avoided and calculation of the transform of coordinates between the points in the cross section plane and those in the three-dimension medical image field can be done,being not necessary to solve the equation.Only three parameters(i.e.the directions of the normal vectors of the cross section plane)are included in the calculation of this algorithm,so the calculation is of low volume,resulting in easy description of man-machine interaction,and easy development of interface software.The experiments showed that the algorithm is fast in calculation and is of practical use.
