摘　　要：对DBS类成核剂物料特性进行了分析,选用双轴搅拌干燥器作为干燥设备。选型计算表明:用0.2MPa蒸汽作加热介质,有效传热面积为1.99m2,用23.6kg/h空气和14.01kg/h蒸汽即可进行与反应釜生产能力相匹配的物料干燥。干燥实验结果表明:所选干燥设备能满足物料干燥的各项要求。The properties of DBS nucleating agents were analyzed,and the double-axial agitator dryer was selected as drying machinery.The calculation of type selection showed that the materials drying could match the production capacity of the reactor when the steam of 0.2 MPa was used as the heating medium,the effective heat exchange area was 1.99 m^2,the air inlet was 23.6 kg/h and steam inlet was 14.01 kg/h.The drying test showed the selected drying machinery could meet the demands of the materials drying.
