摘　　要：介绍了轻C4选择性加氢技术在烷基化装置的应用情况,结果表明,烷基化装置进料中的丁二烯含量由加氢前的0.25%降低到0.002%,烷基化装置的酸耗由190.16kg/t降低到109.26kg/t,烷基化油的研究法辛烷值提高0.6个单位,经济效益明显。The application of the selective hydrogenation of light C_4-fraction in alkylation plant was introduced.The result showed that the inlet butadiene content decreased from 0.25% to 0.002%,the consumption of sulfuric acid decreased from 190.16 kg/t to 109.26 kg/t,the octane number increased 0.6 unit,and the economic benefit was obvious.
