摘 要:以粉煤灰为主要原料,并添加煅烧高岭石,以硅酸钠和氢氧化钠作激活剂,制备了矿物聚合材料。制品的3d抗压强度最高可达到39.27MPa。XRD分析表明,铝硅酸盐聚合反应形成的基体相呈非晶态;红外光谱分析表明,材料在固化过程中Si-O、Si-O-Si结构单元的聚合程度得到了提高;扫描电镜照片分析表明,絮凝状的基体相与粉煤灰玻璃体结合紧密,从而为材料形成良好的力学性能提供了结构基础。Fly ash was used as main materials to prepare mineral polymer in this study. The waste particles were mixed with calcined kaolin. With liquid sodium silicate and sodium hydroxide solution, mineral polymer was prepared. Compressive strength of the mineral polymer samples was tested up to 39.27MPa after 3d's solidification. XRD analyses showed that the matrix phase was amorphous; IR spectroscopic measurements showed that the polymerization of the Si-O and Si-O-Si bonds were enhanced after the solidification procedure; SEM photograph analyses showed that the flocculent matrix phase combined closely with the glass phase of the fly ash, which provided a good structural base for the samples.
