摘　　要：　分析了盐池塑苫设备中,影响塑料布两侧吊球自动入轨的主要因素,介绍了一种新型的吊球自动入轨装置,该入轨装置结构简单,工作可靠,能够实现吊球的完全自动入轨。Focusing on the equipment of covering and uncovering of the plastic film for salt crystallization pond,the main factors,which would affect the guide ball of the plastic film in both sides to enter its guide way automatically,are analyzed mathematically.A new kind of such device is introduced and the on-site experiments showed that this new device is not only simple in structure,but also has good reliability.By using this new device,the side balls are able to enter the guide way automatically and smoothly and it makes the covering plastic film spread forward smoothly.
