摘　　要：主要介绍FA2 2 4型梳棉机的性能和特点。生产试验证明 ,生条质量明显优于传统棉卷喂入式梳棉机 ,成纱质量达到优级纱水平。由于FA2 2 4型梳棉机纺纱质量优 ,产量高 ,运转稳定 ,操作护维方便 ,价格适中 ,适用于梳棉老机改造 。This article has introduced the function and character of FA422 type carding mac h ine,It's carded sliver quality are better than the quality of sliver produced by lap feed type carding machine,It's spinning quality com to the leveler of high class yarn.As a result of FA422 type carding machine's fine spinning quality,hi gh output,stable running behavior,easy operation and maintenance,medium price,th erefore.FA422 type carding machine apply to tranform the past carding machine,an d can replace the imports equipments with it,it can raise production benefit and economy benefit.
