摘  要:目的 :应用生物电阻抗分析法动态观察多西他赛 (多西紫杉醇 )导致人体液体潴留。 方法 :1 0例乳腺癌患者接受以多西他赛为主的化疗方案 ,共 5 1个疗程 ,根据世界卫生组织 (WHO)化疗不良反应分级记录化疗后不良反应 ,分别于化疗前、化疗后第 1 ,3,7,1 4 ,2 1天采用多频生物电阻抗分析仪测定人体组成成分。 结果 :化疗后患者体重 (6 6 .32± 4 .5 2 )kgvs(71 .5 5± 3.0 9)kg和机体总水量 (4 0 .94± 2 .2 5 )kgvs (35 .37± 3.92 )kg较化疗前明显增加(P <0 .0 5 ) ,细胞内液和细胞外液均较化疗前增加 ,但后者增加明显 ,差异有显著性意义。每个疗程化疗后第 3天液体潴留最为严重 ,随后有所缓解。 结论 :多频生物电阻抗分析法能够准确反映化疗患者机体液体潴留情况 ,多西他赛能导致人体液体潴留 。Objective:To investigate the significance of bioelectrical impedance analysis in assessing the fluid retention caused by docetaxel for breast cancer. Methods:Ten breast cancer patients received a total of 51 courses consisting of docetaxel based regimens in 3 week for six cycles. The toxicity was scored according to the World Health Organization (WHO) classification. Body fluid composition was evaluated by multiple frequency bioelectrical impedance analysis(BIA) pre chemotherapy and on the 1st, 3rd, 7 th,10 th and 21 st during post chemotherapy days respectively. Results: The body weight were recorded:(66.32±4.52)kg vs (71.55±3.09)kg,and content of total body fluid(40.94±2.25)kg vs (35.37 ±3.92)kg ( P <0.05),were higher at the end of chemotherapy as compared with pre chemotherapy. The content of extracellular fluid was also increased at the end of chemotherapy, The intracellular fluid increasing was not significant. The fluid retention was remarkable on the 3rd day post chemotherapy. Conclusion:The fluid retention can be assessed by bioelectrical impedance analysis, docetaxel based chemotherapy regimens can induce not notable fluid retention.
