摘  要:介绍了一种非加氢降烯烃催化剂的制备及应用。该催化剂由γ-Al2O3作载体,600℃高温老化,采用浸渍法添加助剂Zn、Ni和Mo制得。反应在小型固定床反应器上进行,最佳反应条件为:温度110℃,空速3.0h-1 ,压力5.5 MPa。产品用PONA色谱法分析确定其族组成的体积分数,催化裂解汽油中烯烃的体积分数由原来的60%下降到24%,芳烃的体积分数有所升高但小于40%,完全符合车用汽油国家标准要求。同时测定辛烷值(RON)为105,克服了以往加氢带来的辛烷值降低的缺点,收率为98%,寿命可达到172 h。另外,该催化剂活性高、选择性好、再生性和稳定性好,应用在降烯烃工艺中还有费用低、温度低及多功能等特点。Application and preparation of a non - hydrogenation reducing - olefin catalyst were introduced. The catalyst, supported by γ -Al2O3, was prepared by aging at 600 ℃ , adding promoter Zn、Ni、Mo. The catalyst was applied in fixed vector under the conditions of reaction temperature of 110 ℃ , LHSV of 3. 0 h-1 and reaction pressure of 5. 5 MPa. The catalytic decomposion gasoline was determined by PONA chromatogram method, which olefin content decreased from 60 percent to 24 percent, arene content was less than 40 percent .The result is suitable for new country s standard of vehicle gasoline. Octane value(RON) is 105, which overcomes reduction of octane value. The yield is about 98 percent and life is 172 hours. Furthermore, the catalyst has characteristics of high activity, fine selectivity, good regeneration and stability. The characteristics of this catalyst also have low fees, low temperature and multi - functions when put it into engineering of reducing - olefin. The value of industrial application is very high.
