多功能辅助密封循环系统剖析

摘　　要：针对石油化工厂特殊介质泵用密封装置使用寿命短,故障发生率高的实际情况,介绍了某石化厂分子筛车间多种介质泵引进密封装置和辅助系统的基本结构。该密封辅助系统密封液自循环,为保证密封的可靠性和使用寿命,系统有多种功能:如对密封泄漏标定,密封失效报警,保证密封液与介质的压力差基本恒定。针对该装置初成本高的实际情况,就炼厂某车间热油泵密封与系统经济性进行了估算,并同引进密封装置进行了比较,表明引进装置密封可靠性强,无故障运行时间长,装置的寿命价格比明显提高,有较好的应用前景。Aiming at the seal device which is used by special medium pump in the petroleum chemical engineering factory lies some actual situation such as service life is shorter in relatively and the rate of taking place accidence is higher. The basic construction of seal sub - ordinary system used by various importing medium pump in a petrochemical molecular sieve workshop was introduced. The seal liquid of this seal sub - ordinary system is circulated by itself. The sub - ordinary has variety function to guarantee the reliability and service life of the seal such as the leaking seal can be standardized, the seal fault can be alarmed, and it can ensure the differential pressure of the seal liquid and medium steady. Aiming at the cost of this equipment being higher in early stage, the economic check for a hot oil pump sealing of a system was proceeded, and the comparison with the actual movement state of this seal device was done. Because the dependable ability of this device seals is increased, the no breakdown circulate time is longer, the ratio of life limit and price of this device is improvement clearly, so it will have an better - applied foreground.
