牛产气荚膜梭菌的分离与鉴定

摘  要:针对海南牛猝死的现象 ,采集 2 3头病牛的病料进行细菌分离培养。从菌落、菌体的形态、细菌生化特征、动物试验、细菌动力学试验等方面对病原菌进行了鉴定。结果表明 ,病原菌为革兰氏阳性粗短杆菌 ,严格厌氧 ,β 溶血 ,能发酵葡萄糖、麦芽糖、蔗糖和含铁牛乳 ;厌气肉肝汤培养物滤液 0 .1~ 0 .2mL皮下注射可致死小白鼠。A pathogenic bacteria strain was isolated from mors subita bovines in Hainan Province. Then identification of the strain was carried out on colonial morphology, biological characterizations, (animal) experiments, dynamics experiments of the bacteria. Results showed that the pathogenic bacteria is a Gram-positive, rigid anaerobic,β-hemolytic and tubular bacillus, which can ferment glucose, maltose, cane sugar and milk with Fe and can lead albino mouse to die. According to the mentioned-above results the bacteria was identified to beClostridium perfringens.
