摘 要:固相反应法制备了Sr1-xCaxRuO3 系列 ,X射线衍射确定样品的相结构为正交畸变钙钛矿结构。随Ca替代量x的增加 ,晶格常数a基本保持不变 ,而b和c随之减少 ,晶格畸变更加明显。利用物理性质测量系统 (PPMS)测量了样品的零场冷却 (ZFC)和加场冷却 (FC)磁化强度随温度的变化规律 ,对此规律给出了合理解释。Sr_ 1-x Ca_xRuO_3 series was prepared by a solid state reaction method and characterized by X-ray diffraction,which showed that the structure is orthorhombically distorted perovskite with space group of Pbnm.The lattice parameter keeps almost constant with the Ca content x increasing,but the lattice parameters b and c decrease with x increasing.The orthorhombical distortion becomes larger with more substitution of calcium.Zero field cooled(ZFC) and field cooled(FC) magnetizations as a function of temperature were measured under differert magnetic fields using a PPMS magnetometer.The temperature dependences of ZFC and FC magnetization were explained successgully.
