某大学学报(医学版)论文中统计推断应用缺陷分析

摘　　要：为了了解某大学学报 (医学版 )论著中统计推断应用的状况 ,对该刊 2 0 0 1年第 1～ 4期的 99篇论文进行了统计分析。结果是 :99篇论文中至少存在 1种统计推断应用缺陷的占65 .7% ,65篇缺陷论文中至少有 2种及以上统计推断方法应用缺陷的占 3 8.5 % ;6种缺陷类型所占比例分别为 16.8%、2 7.4%、9.5 %、2 4.2 %、12 .6%和 9.5 % ,其中缺陷类型Ⅱ“统计推断方法与设计类型不符合”居首位。认为某些医学期刊论文的统计推断方法的应用需要进一步改善。To study the status of inferential statistical deficiencies of a university journal (medical sciences), 99 original papers published in 2001 were investigated. Among them 65 had at least one detectable inferential statistical deficiency, and the incidence of inferential statistical deficiencies was 65.7%. Of those 65 papers, the percentage of the papers with at least two inferential statistical deficiencies was 38.5%. The percentages of the six kinds of deficiency were 16.8%,27.4%, 9.5%,24.2%,12.6% and 9.5% respectively, and the most common deficiency was that the statistical method did not accord with the types of design. The authors conclude that it is necessary to improve the application of inferential statistics.
