郁金类中药材的显微鉴别

摘　　要：目的　为郁金类中药材鉴别提供参考。方法　利用显微镜 ,对比观察了郁金类中药材的组织形态学结构和特征。结果和结论　木栓层细胞有无增厚和木化及排列情况、油细胞色及其分布情况等可作为郁金类中药材的显微鉴别要点 。Aim To provide some new evidences for the identification of medicinal materials of Curcuma(Radix Curcumae).Methods Microscopic observation was used to characterize the the tuberous roots of Curcuma.Results and conclusion There were no obvious histological and morphological differences among the tuberous roots of Curcuma.But the differences in the thicknes,lignification and arrangement of phellem cells,the scatter and color of oil cells and so on were considered to be the distinguishing features for their tuberous roots.
