摘　　要：开展个性化信息服务是未来图书馆的发展方向 ,从信息时代开展个性化信息服务的必要性入手 ,从馆员素质的内涵、观念的转变。Developing the individual information service is the direction of library's development in the future.This article starts with the necessity of developing the individual information service at the information age,expounding the tactics of individual information service which is developed. There are four aspects concerned: the connotation of librarian's quality,the change of conception,the structure of knowledge and the ability of blazing new trails.
