摘　　要：马克思在自己的多部著作中对法律与政治进行了经济分析,他的这种分析是法律经济学或法律的经济分析的先声。法律经济学这门新兴学科是运用经济学的理论和方法研究法学理论和法律制度,它是对马克思的宝贵理论资源的继承,是对政治经济学在新时代的运用。Marx made economic analyses of law and politics in many of his works,which were the precedence of the law economics or economic analyses of law.By applying the theory and approaches of economics,law economics studies the lawful theory and legal system,inherits Marxist’s valuable theory resource,which is the application of the political economics in the new age.
