蛤蚧对大鼠小肠自由基代谢的影响

摘　　要：本文观察了蛤阶乙醇提取液对18月龄大鼠小肠匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px)活性及还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)和过氧化脂质(LPO)含量的影响.结果显示蛤蚧对大鼠小肠的自由基代谢有着积极的意义,使SOD、GSH—Px和CAT活性明显增强,GSH水平增高,而LPO含量明显下降.同时表明,蛤蚧尾部的作用大于体部;The effects of alcoholic extract of Gekko gecko L. on the activities of SOL), GSH-Px, CAT and the level of GSH and LPO in the rat gut were investigated. The data presented in this paper indicated that the clcrance of free radical was accelerated, LPO was decreased, the activities of SOD, GSH-Px and CAT was elevated, and, the content of GSH was increased. The extract from the tail part of the Gekko gecko L. was more active than the extract from the body. These results and our other results together indicate that Gekko gecko L. has an obvious antiaging effect
