摘　　要：对本院 2 0 0 0年 1月至 2 0 0 2年 1 2月住院药房使用的抗菌药物逐一统计分析。头孢菌素及喹诺酮类在抗菌药物使用中占据主导地位 ,厌氧菌感染越来越受关注。合理用药仍是主要问题 ,形势不容乐观 ,应采取适当措施 ,促使临床合理使用抗菌药物。A statistical analysis on the application of antibacterial drugs during January2000to December2002by in-patients was made.The results showed leading position of cephalosporins and quinolones in the application of antibacterial drugs,and more and more concern of anaerobic bacteria infection.The authors appealed rational use of antibacterial drugs and suitable measures to restrain abuse.
