摘　　要：奥斯麦特熔炼炉余热锅炉作为一种新型锅炉,在国内成功清洗的实例不多。此类锅炉国内只有3台,因此清洗经验并不是很丰富。针对此类锅炉各部分对流管束阻力严重不均衡又无可控制阀门的特点,先后采取了三种不同的方案,最后成功确定了清洗此类锅炉的工艺。Asmet smelting furnace boiler as one of the new-type boiler, had very few succeed cleaninginstance at home. There were only three Asmet smelting furnace at home,so there was not muchabundace in cleaning experience. According to the characteristics of this boiler that every part ofconvection bank was serious banlance and the characteristics of uncontrollable,three different wayscould be used.Finally, the cleaning process of this boiler was confirmed successfully.
