摘 要:本文报道了重庆地区1460例、年龄2~96岁健康人桡骨骨矿物质含量(BMC)、单位面积骨矿物质含量(BMC/BW).男性713例、女性747例.结果表明:BMC、BMC/BW两性均在40岁前随年龄增长而增加,40岁后随年龄增长而下降.男性下降缓慢,各相邻年龄组均值比较无显著差异(P>0.05),女性50岁后下降迅速,各相邻年龄组均值差异显著(P<0.01).女性BMC、BMC/BW均显著低于男性 (P<0.05),年龄越大,差值越大.BMC、BMC/BW与身高、体重均呈正相关(r=0.61、r=0.45).运动员的BMC、BMC/BW显著高于其它各种职业组(P均<0.01)Bone mineral content (BMC) and bone mineral content per unit area (BMC/BW) of radius were delected in 1460 (male 713, female 747) healthy individuals in Chongqing area, their age ranging from 2 to 96 years. The results indicate that BMC and BMC/BW increase with age before 40 and decrease with age thereafter in both sexes. In males, BMC and BMC/BW decline gradually. The difference between neighboring age groups is not significant (P>0.05). While in female, BMC and BMC/BW decrease rapidly after 50 years of age,the aifference between neighboring age groups being significant (P<0.05) after 15 years of age. BMC and BMC/BW in females are significantly lower than those in males (P<0.05), the older the age, the greater the difference, BMC and BMC/BW are positive correlated with body height and body weight (r = 0.61, r = 0.45).BMC and BMC/BW are significantly higher in athletes than in other groups(P<0.01)
