自制尿素酶试纸快速检测幽门螺旋菌的研究

摘　　要：用自制的尿素酶试验试纸,对387例胃镜受检者胃粘膜内幽门螺旋菌进行了检测研究,并与常规的尿素酶试验进行比较.其敏感性、特异性均高于现行的尿素酶试验,具有简便、快速。Urease test paper prepared by ourselves was used for detection of Helicobacter pylori in 387 gastric antral mucosal biopsies. The results were compared with those by the routine urease test. The sensitivity and specificity of the urease test paper for detecting Helicobacter pylori were higher than the current urease test; and the urease paper had the advantages of simplicity, rapidity, and lower cost
